She played Cooling. Forgot the words to Winter. Jerked off the microphone during Little Amsterdam. Started to cry as she played Toast, which she dedicated to us, because it was her last show. There was a full moon that hung hugely over the theater.

And she covered Black by Pearl Jam. And Nights in White Satin. And why did I only go see her once this tour, when she's been in SoCal for the past week?

I feel like the life has been breathed back into me.

The show was awesome...but she cut it short, which kinda sucked. Especially because the songs she cut were Garlands, Juarez, and Beulah Land.

But I'm not going to complain. I got Cooling and Winter, the two songs I've been wanting to hear live the most.
