I take classes at (a href="http://www.sfactor.com">S Factor. They are the original for these kinds of classes, the woman who started them is named Sheila Kelley, she's an actress who created the classes and studios after she took a part as a stripper in a movie and saw what awesome shape she got in. All the other studios who followed suit are just copy cats. :D
Out in Cali, there's a studio in LA, one in Costa Mesa, and one in Encino, I think. The classes are broken up into 8 week sessions, and it costs $440 per session. They have payment plans so you don't have to pay all at once. Some levels last only 8 weeks, others once you get higher up can last 5, 6 months. I am in it for the long haul, I love it so much!
