"Teaching about condoms doesn't increase sexual activity and certainly doesn't increase unprotected sex, but abstinence-only ed does both."

Can someone please tell Bush that?

I swear to God. Just when you think it can't get any worse...surprise!

Kids will be kids. And by being kids, they will have sex. They will give and receive oral sex. The adventurous will try anal. Maybe have a few threesomes. They will do this with their circle of friends and with strangers they meet at parties. That's THE WAY IT GOES. I know Bush is getting up there in years, so it's possible he's forgotten this.

But come ON. Teenagers are curious. How could they not be, when people like Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera are running around with their tits hanging out? How can you teach abstinence in a culture that is obsessed and saturated with sex?

Teaching only abstinence is like waving the red cloth in front of the bull. You're just begging the kids to go out and have sex. It's called REVERSE PSYCOLOGY, people. Look it up.

Ugh.
