I didn't watch the first season at all but I bought it on bluray and have been marathoning it for the past few days. I really, really like it! It's very different from Buffy, but I don't think that's a bad thing.

Haha this is very true. I didn't watch season 1 when it aired but I bought it on bluray and marathoned it, and love it now. I only have 2 episodes left, and then it'll be time for the new season. Yay!
