Someone help!

I made myself a pretty new banner for the top of my journal, and I have no clue how to put it up. Ahh! It's driving me batty. Anyone know anything about html and willing to help out a lost soul?

I had used a tutorial by pamelajoy. There should be links in her profile or memories or something. I lack html knowledge, but I found it pretty easy to use her tutorial.

Thanks! It was helpful, though I can't download the .zip file and have no idea what to do without it. I think I may have someone who'll do it for me. :)
